Morning, Noon and Night Lipsticks x Lipz Diva

April 4, 2017

Aside from nicely shaped and drawn eyebrows, I cannot go out without a nice lipstick shade to complete my look. I have over more than 50 lipstick shades, I must confess. But you see, I can tell you one by one which lippie I used for a certain look. May it be a full blown make up day for shoots and events or even just for a lazy day. That's how obsessed I am.

It excites me to know that there are a lot of locally made and cruelty free beauty products emerging here in our country that works for every skin type. With that being said, I have recently discovered one of the best lipstick brands here in our country for a very affordable price that is Lipz Diva

What I love:

  • They are very affordable for a price of 149.00 php each and is 450 php for a set of three. Such a steal!
  • They are cruelty free and does not test on animals.
  • The products are highly pigmented and lasts me for more than 5 hours before re-application.
  • Its soft cream matte texture works best for me since I don't have a hard time applying it whether I'm putting it on to start the day or because I'm doing touch ups.
  • The lipsticks have a fruity scent to it which makes it more fun to apply since it doesn't smell like other "wax-y" lippies.

Here are the shades that I have. <3

Morning:
Heartbreaker

Heartbreaker is a light brown shade that is perfect for casual mornings. I often used this shade when I'm going to start my day early for errands or shopping because it easily goes with laid back outfits. Since its the summer, I often pair this shade with a floral or pastel tops, shorts and sneakers.
Noon:
Like a Virgin

Like A Virgin has a light pink color that works on every outfit that I wear. On this look, I paired this shade with a maxi dress for a fresh look. I suggest that this shade is best worn for out of town trips or a date with you boyfriend/girlfriend.

Night:
Bad Blood

Bad Blood is that sassy shade that you've always been wanting. It surely is best worn on those hug meetings as well as a night out with friends. I paired this shade on my tiger jumpsuit that gave me a more "Veronica Lodge" look.

Will I buy it again?

A million times yes!

  1. Bad blood is my fave shade, although I'm not confident in wearing dark shades.
