Make Up Transformation with the Althea Korea Makeup Magic Box

Aside from the fact that Koreans have an ageless kind of beauty and beautiful pore-less faces, I've always admired how simple their make up appears on tv. Yes, their flawless faces are incomparable but their no-make up-make up-effortless-look has always been a look I want to achieve.  

I couldn't contain my happiness when I received my  Althea Make Up Magic Box in the mail after two weeks of being contacted for a collaboration. What even got me more excited was that the box contained 7 full sized make up products to achieve that Korean make up transformation. *swoons*

 This is the perfect shade to top those smokey eyes on your date night or girl's night out. Its shiny pearl pigment brightened my lids and made my eyes pop with it's shiny skin tone color. I thought this shade wouldn't work for morena girls like me but I was so wrong. <3

I am such a big fan of long and voluminous lashes that's why these falsies have been one of my favorites. It looked so effortless and natural that I didn't even have to put any additional mascara on. 

Color Master Cover Kit

Shades: Base Purple, Base Green, Concealer Ivory, Concealer Beige, Highlighter Pink and Shadowing Brown

I know that a skin color corrector may sometimes look a bit intimidating considering that we just mostly use the basic beige color to conceal the bag under our eyes but this master cover kit makes it a bit easier.

Since I have dull morena skin tone, I used the shades Concealer Ivory and Concealer Beige as my base, Shading Brown for contouring my jaw area, dabbed a bit of highlighter pink on my t-zone and Concealer Beige to cover those unwanted spots. It's as simple as one, two and three!

This shading palette reduces desired areas to create a contoured face. Okay, I have a confession... I'm not really used to contouring my face but this palette made it so easy for me to shadow and blend.

I used the two darkest shades to create a contour on my face line and hollows of my cheek, used the light beige color as a natural transition color for my contours and the lightest one highlighted my nose bridge, cheek bones and forehead. Instant Karsdashian contour! Lol~

Korean celebrities are known for their subtle pink shimmer blush on their cheeks and this product can have just that effect too! This sebum absorbing powder prevents the soft tinted powder from coming off and allows the blush color to remain vibrant all day.

This two way lip liner and lip brush is soft, creamy and pigmented product; hydrates and defines my lips even more. By applying the coral peach color in the inner lip, it then creates a gradation effect when the lip brush on opposite end is used to blend everything in. This beauty baby extenuates and gives me instant plumper lips!

What I love most about this lip pencil is unlike other lip pencils that are a bit dry on the lips, this one is pigmented and hydrating on the lips. It also has a two in one function as a lip and cheek tint, it doesn't cake and creates a smooth matte finish.
