Milk It Til You Make It: Althea's Milk Peel Cream Mask

January 4, 2019

The fairy God mothers in Althealand have been very generous to us Angels that we've been receiving first dibs on the new additions to the Althea Exclusives  loot before they even hit the market. You guys can expect a huge wave of Althea reviews on my blog too!

The next product that was given for us Angels to try is the Althea Milk Peel Cream Mask. I was really excited to try this baby out because you know me ~ aside from loving all that has good scent, I also love me some milk based products for I know that it'll work best for my sensitive skin. *screams in excitement*

Milk Peel Cream Mask
Selling Price: 490 php

It’s also formulated with casein protein from milk to revitalize and moisturize the skin. The result is radiantly smooth, healthy skin that's bouncy to the touch!

My Thoughts:
  • The product feels like a soft cream on the face that slowly turns into a lather of bubbles making it very effective as a gentle exfoliator. Containing both AHA and BHA extracts - to gently and effectively remove dead skin cells.
  • It has a milky scent to it which personally relaxes me. After a long day of full makeup on the face, I get to give myself a treat by putting this cream mask on.
  • I'm not a fan of an  intense-cleansing-skin care-routine on the face because I believe that our face gets the best TLC when its being treated with natural and hydrating products hence, this God sent product works its wonders on me.
  • The milk protein extract included on this product keeps my skin bouncy and smooth to touch.
  • All you need to do is to leave the rich lather forms on the face for 30-60 seconds, wash it warm water and you're all set!

Will I buy it again?

I honestly think that this  50ml will last me more than 3 months because all I need is 1 to 2 pumps every time I use it and I think that this will be one of my skincare staples from now on so yes, I'm going to buy more when my stash runs out!
